Public institution's modernisation plan
As part of a wide-ranging modernisation programme, a public institution in the defence sector embarked on a transformation of its management practices to support skill evolution and foster a shared culture centred on HR and management challenges.
The aim was to design an innovative, agile training programme tailored to the challenges of internal transformation, while supporting the professional development of experienced managers.
Our proposal
Creation and roll-out of a blended learning programme focused on HR challenges and managerial transformation, structured around online modules and face-to-face sessions.
The programme also included key group sessions designed to foster understanding of the challenges, participant engagement and the dissemination of a shared managerial culture.
How?
The design process relied on :
- Analysis and structuring of content in line with institutional and managerial priorities;
- Collaborative work aimed at designing innovative and engaging teaching methods;
- Tailoring learning programs to suit participants’ profiles and needs;
- Joint development of a variety of resources: e-learning modules, interactive content, face-to-face workshops and conferences;
- Regular monitoring of participant satisfaction and program impact.
Our role
- Preparatory phase: validation of digital modules on institutional and regulatory topics, as well as the development of an assessment questionnaire to identify managerial profiles.
- Launch: organisation of an opening conference to boost promotional momentum and encourage participants’ engagement with the program.
- Face-to-face program: delivery of several modules on managerial topics, combining theoretical input and optional workshops to allow for personalised learning pathways.
- Closing: facilitation of collaborative workshops and organisation of an institutional closing session designed to highlight learning outcomes and share implementation prospects.
- Follow-up: monitoring of the program’s impact and annual adjustments based on participant feedback.
Results
- Reinforcement of a common managerial culture;
- Better grasp on RH challenges and overall transformation;
- Program individualisation thanks to the complementarity between digital learning and face-to-face learning;
- Reinforced engagement from participants thanks to collective and interactive sequences;
- Continuous progress of the program as a whole thanks to satisfaction surveys and annual adjustments.
