Qualiopi Certification
The training organism TAKOMA has been Qualiopi certified since March 23rd, 2022. This quality certification has been delivered regarding the following category: training activities.
This certification was renewed on the 23rd of March 2025 by Pronéo and transfered to Certifopac the 25th of March 2026.
Qualiopi guarantees our clients and partners training services that answer rigorous quality criteria:
- Training process: conception and implementation of trainings that answer learner’s specific needs, with adapted and innovative pedagogical methods.
- Learner satisfaction: regular measuring of learner satisfaction to continuously improve our training activities.
- Continuous improvement: evaluation and adjustment of our practices to maintain a high level of quality.

Quality Charte
Since our creation, TAKOMA has lent particular attention to the quality of our service provision. In consequence, we’ve implemented a quality process for our training activities.
Our quality charter inscribes itself in the National Quality Referential of training organisms. It synthesizes this referential and details the actions led by TAKOMA.
- Distribute, under the form of a pedagogical fact sheet, detailed information regarding our training services. Indicate on our website, in statistical form, the results provided by our services.
- Accompany our clients in analysing their needs, especially those of the learners, and indicate the most relevant action plan (positioning, objectives, pedagogical modalities, accessibility…)
- Design each training program in complete coherence with the defined objectives and the target audience.
- Use various pedagogical modalities to maintain learner engagement (scenarios, inversed pedagogy, ludo-pedagogical activities, interactive digital solutions, discussions and debate around professional situations…).
- Measuring our learner’s acquired knowledge, through evaluation (entry, continuous, exit, cold assessment…).
- Handover a collection of adapted and pertinent training supports to each learner.
- Choose our trainers based on their theoretical and practical skills, on their expertise but also their pedagogical knowhow and their implication in project success.
- Execute regulatory, pedagogical and expertise monitoring, allowing us to regularly actualise our knowledge and that of our trainers.
- Systematically measure the quality of our services by analysing appreciations and feedback (from learners, trainers, clients, financers), as a part of our continuous improvement process.
100% tailor-made
- Our training devices are ordered by an employer for their employees or by a principal.
- We will agree to an exchange to gather your specific training needs (prerequisites, experience, prior work experience, etc.)
- Once the requirement specifications are gathered and reformulated, we will construct a technical proposal for a personalised and tailor-made program for your beneficiaries.
- We will then establish a proposal that will consider your expectations, preferences and constraints, while specifying procedure, evaluation, success, adaptation (if necessary) modalities for the training program.
- We will determine the pedagogical objectives, the knowledge and skills to be acquired.
- At the same time, we will send you a commercial proposal including our prices, potential funding sources, reception arrangements, a detailed program as well as a pedagogical fact sheet for the program beneficiaries.
- The conception of your tailor-made training will begin upon reception of the signed quotation.
- The access time to these training devices considers the different formalities, to be accessible at minimum a month before the start of the action. This time lapse is an average that can be adjusted depending on the designed and produced devices.

Accessibility for people with disabilities
Our training programs can be adapted to be accessible to people with disabilities; we are systematically attentive to general conditions of accessibility/reception in our training actions (whether online or face-to-face).
Note that all our trainers are sensitized to these topics.
