Major local authority in the Paris region
In the context of its skills development policy, a major local authority in the Paris region wished to accompany their Category C agents in securing their career paths.
This approach aims to encourage their skills growth, access to professional exams, as well as reinforcing their soft skills. The program anchors itself in a knowledge consolidation logic, level harmonisation and autonomy development, aligned with the local authority requirements and job evolution.
Our proposal
A structured training program, progressive and adapted to Category C agents’ specific needs, articulated between knowledge consolidation and personal development.
How?
Design and deployment of two complementary themes in the same program:
- A program to prepare professional exams, centered around reinforcing key skills
- A program centered aorund professional posture, dedicated to developing soft skills.
The pedagogical process relies on:
- Structuring the program in themed modules, allowing a gradual progression of learnings ;
- Alternating between theoretical knowledge and application ;
- Adapting the content to the reality of professional exams and professional situations encountered by the agents ;
- Personalisingthe support to encourage trust, engagement and autonomy in learning.
Our role
- Pre-course placement test: Each agent takes a placement test that evaluates their level and needs. This step conditions their integration into the suitable group:
✓ Refresher course: for agents needing reinforcement
✓ Consolidation 1 : intermediate level
✓ Consolidation 2 : the highest level, only this group has access to the exam preparation modules
- Differentiated and adaptive learning programs: created through a structured and evolutive pedagogical design, the program offers content, themes and learning methodologies that continuously adjust depending the level of each group. The pedagogical exercices and situations are designed to adapt to identified needs, guaranteeing a coherent progression, personalised and fully aligned with participant’s capacities and goals.
