Our CSR Initiative

We firmly believe that the success of a company cannot be fully measured by only referring to its economic performance, but also its impact on the environment and society. That’s why, since 2020, we’ve integrated CSR practices into our global strategy.

Governance

In a comprehensive approach of continuous improvement, TAKOMA has signed:

  • A Supplier Relations and Responsible Procurement Charter, which led us to deploying our own internal Responsible Procurement Policy,
  • A Green IT Charter,
  • An Ethics Charter
  • A Charter formalizing our work-from-home policy.

We assess our CSR positioning through a yearly evaluation by EcoVadis. In 2025, our assessment form was of 63/100.

Societal

TAKOMA commits to a virtuous development of human capital and territorial inclusion and wishes to reinforce these topics by encouraging Quality of Worklife (QWL), ethics and territorial inclusion.

  • Encouraging parity: in 2023, 41.3% of our employees were women,
  • Nomination of two Handicap referents
  • Since 2023: 28% of the company’s capital is held by employees.

To improve quality of work life, TAKOMA’s management spearheaded a move to newer, more spacious, brighter and more modern offices.

For 2026, based on 2025 data, TAKOMA has obtained a grade of 91/100 in the Gender Equality Index:

    • Index relative to the gender pay gap: 36/40,
    • The gap in promotions: 35/35,
    • Increases on return from maternity leave: 15/15,
    • The share of women in the company’s ten highest salaries: 5/10.

Environmental

TAKOMA commits to diminishing its environmental impact, by implementing several actionable plans:

  • “Mastering electrical consumption”: in a context of turnover and global workforce growth, TAKOMA measures its global energy consumption,
  • Optimising travel arrangements and encouraging “soft mobility” measures for employees,
  • Managing waste and recycling: 100% of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) are sent towards reuse, recycling or reconditioning industries. As often as possible, material is repaired rather than replaced.

Green IT

Conscious of our environmental impact through this activity, TAKOMA commits to make IT more virtuous for the environment (IT for Green) and more inclusive (IT for Human):

  • Custom-made services based on the RGAA referential: keyboard accessibility, alt texts, use of audio and video, writing and layout,
  • Green IT Charter,
  • Our “low carbon”, “eco-design” module, for a less energy-intensive conception and production.
