TAKOMA renews our EcoVadis assessment with an improved score of 64/100

A growing expectation from our clients

More and more of our clients are factoring their partner and suppliers CSR performance into their selection criteria. This requirement, long reserved for large industrial groups, now extends across all sectors of activity. With this in mind, TAKOMA has gone through EcoVadis assessment since 2014.

EcoVadis, a global benchmark in CSR assessment

EcoVadis is an international platform that evaluates corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance based on documented evidence, rather than self-declared statements. Over 150,000 companies worldwide are now rated according to this methodology, which relies on 21 criteria grouped into four core themes:

  • Environment: management of operational impacts (energy, emissions, water, waste, pollution).
  • Labor and Human Rights: working conditions, health and safety, training, non-discrimination.
  • Ethics: anti-corruption measures, responsible information management, fair business practices.
  • Sustainable Procurement: integration of CSR criteria into supplier selection and monitoring.

Each criterion is analyzed across three dimensions: policies in place, actions implemented, and measurable results. Each is scored based on documented evidence verified by EcoVadis analysts.

An improved score for TAKOMA

In June 2026, TAKOMA renewed its EcoVadis assessment, with its score rising from 63/100 (achieved in 2024 and 2025) to 64/100. This score places TAKOMA in the 64th percentile: our score is equal to or higher than that of 64% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide, across all sectors.

This result also allows us to retain EcoVadis’s Committed badge, which recognizes a solid level of performance in structuring CSR initiatives.

Our score breakdown by theme:

  • Environment: 65/100
  • Labor and Human Rights: 66/100
  • Ethics: 59/100
  • Sustainable Procurement: 60/100

What does this assessment mean in practice?

Beyond the score itself, this assessment allows us to objectively measure our CSR approach and to shape our annual action plan with clear, evidence-based insight. It also directly addresses a request from several of our clients, who use this label as an evaluation criterion in their supplier selection process.

Upon request, we can share our complete assessment scorecard with clients and partners who wish to learn more about the details of this rating.

An ongoing, long-term commitment

This assessment is not an end in itself: it is part of a long-term trajectory, underway for over ten years, and set to continue. As knowledge engineers, our responsibility extends beyond our areas of expertise. It also encompasses how we conduct our business on a daily basis.
