We publish our sustainability progress report every year, in the form of an annual CSR Report. The 2025 edition is now available to view on our website.

Reporting as a progress driver

For us, CSR reporting is not a constraint or an obligation. It is an opportunity to review our progress, improve our performance, and build a climate of trust and transparency, both internally and with our clients and partners.

It is a way of taking responsibility for our impact and holding ourselves accountable for reporting on our progress every year.

Four pillars structuring our approach

Our CSR strategy is built on four pillars, covering all the areas where we have a direct impact:

  • Environment: reducing our carbon footprint and controlling our energy consumption.
  • Societal: taking care of our people, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Governance: acting with ethics and transparency, and choosing responsible partners.
  • Green IT: reducing the environmental impact of digital technology, at the heart of our profession.

Key figures from the 2025 edition

Here are some of the standout indicators from this edition:

  • A full Carbon Footprint assessment (scope 1, 2 and 3) carried out as early as 2021 to structure our CSR approach, with no regulatory obligation to do so: 1,914 tonnes of CO2 equivalent.
  • 98% of our employees on permanent contracts, and a gender equality index of 91/100 in 2025.
  • 42% women in our workforce, in a sector where they often remain under-represented.
  • An EcoVadis score confirmed at 64/100 in June 2026, a voluntary initiative under way since 2014.
  • A score of 80/100 on our ESG Trajectory, a programme run by UI Investissement and certified by Bureau Veritas, improving for the fourth year running.

CSR, a natural extension of our profession

As knowledge engineers, our profession is about gathering, transforming and passing on knowledge, turning it into a lever for performance. CSR extends this mission: structuring how we operate, measuring our impact, and reporting on our progress with the same rigour we apply for our clients.

It is also what drives us to build this requirement into our own solutions, for example through the development of an eco-design offering for our digital learning modules, since digital technology accounts for 88% of our carbon footprint.
