Innovative Training 2021 trophy for Takoma

Takoma is very proud to have been awarded the Innovative Training 2021 trophy for the #JePasseAuVert project, following the TTFO’s (Think Tank Formation Ouest) morning vote which took place on November the 19th.
The #JePasseAuVert project, carried out in partnership with Ekodev and supported by SGS France as part of the energy saving certificate mechanism, aims to raise awareness and train 16-24 year olds in EcoMobility so that they adopt travel behavior which decreases fossil fuel consumption.

To meet this demand, Takoma has proposed a multi-channel system that:
• educates and informs 16-24 year olds about EcoMobility practices,
• brings together an active community around EcoMobility to encourage behavioral changes.

4 main types of media have been created:
• an educational website with many educational and fun activities,
• a smartphone game app with which you can build your own EcoMobility city and win prizes,
• a web series and numerous videos, vox pops, animated graphics, and YouTube channel interviews,
• events throughout France: participation in public events, and educational workshops in SGS ObjectifCode traffic code rooms.

The voters were attracted by the original and innovative format of this course, and by the challenge of attracting young people to this media by adapting the content to 16-24 year olds. For more information: jepasseauvert.com

Coffee consumption in the workplace is changing, the coffee break tradition is evolving. To meet this shift in consumer needs and expectations, Nespresso Professional is launching its latest B2B coffee machine range, Nespresso Momento. To help usher in this new technology, Nespresso is working with Takoma to create a blended learning course for Nespresso staff in Europe. A communications campaign featuring a teaser video and questionnaire, revolving around a fact-checking theme, was released early on to raise awareness and get people interested in the product. To present the machine and the services it provides, Takoma put together 7 elegantly designed eLearning modules and 16 on-site workshops. The training course as a whole was a great success and garnered excellent feedback. This was a fantastic collaboration, putting us on the right track for new projects with Nespresso in the future!

Design of training solutions for the new Nissan Juke

For the launch of the new Nissan Juke, Nissan Academy Europe sought out Takoma to design and produce the training solution for its distribution network. In 6 months, Takoma designed a multimodal and innovative learning solution: a Mobile First Digital Learning course, Sales Tools, Videos, and a F2F training. The latter is part of the Design and Technologies workshops, as well as the dynamic discovery of the vehicle and the competition’s. Rolled out in Barcelona at the end of 2019, Takoma’s solution for Nissan Academy Europe has reached a top record of trained Sales Advisors, who feel confident in selling the new Nissan Juke!

Dedicated to developing new skills and employee safety, the Renault Group has recently requested Takoma’s services. Renault experts, the Renault Manufacturing School and our instructional designers have worked together to design a blended training focused on the different laser welding techniques that Renault uses on its vehicles. The training comprised a 30-minute e-learning and a complete 8-day on-site training. Instructive videos were shot at the Renault site in Douai, adding dynamism to the training and showing trainees in detail the different phases of the laser welding process.

Renault’s Cléon factory is at the cutting edge of technology and so investing in training and skill development among its rank by modernising on-site training around the subject of Electric Drivetrains. Takoma is working with Renault to design and manage the programme incorporating 3 training modules (General, Assembly, Diagnostics). We chose to focus on case studies and 3D renderings to help develop relevant job skills and encourage trainee/trainer interaction.

TAKOMA supported MERCEDES-BENZ Perfumes in the launch of their latest fragrance for men Mercedes-Benz THE MOVE, by designing an urban presentation, graphic and dynamic matching the fragrance’s image. The launch at Cannes was showcased by a teaser video played on four big screens, creating an atmosphere directly inspired on the new campaign “For men in motion”.
