Innovative Training 2021 trophy for Takoma

Takoma is very proud to have been awarded the Innovative Training 2021 trophy for the #JePasseAuVert project, following the TTFO’s (Think Tank Formation Ouest) morning vote which took place on November the 19th.
The #JePasseAuVert project, carried out in partnership with Ekodev and supported by SGS France as part of the energy saving certificate mechanism, aims to raise awareness and train 16-24 year olds in EcoMobility so that they adopt travel behavior which decreases fossil fuel consumption.

To meet this demand, Takoma has proposed a multi-channel system that:
• educates and informs 16-24 year olds about EcoMobility practices,
• brings together an active community around EcoMobility to encourage behavioral changes.

4 main types of media have been created:
• an educational website with many educational and fun activities,
• a smartphone game app with which you can build your own EcoMobility city and win prizes,
• a web series and numerous videos, vox pops, animated graphics, and YouTube channel interviews,
• events throughout France: participation in public events, and educational workshops in SGS ObjectifCode traffic code rooms.

The voters were attracted by the original and innovative format of this course, and by the challenge of attracting young people to this media by adapting the content to 16-24 year olds. For more information: jepasseauvert.com

Otis and Takoma reimagine training!

With the launch of its new Gen360TM ecosystem, Otis has completely reinvented vertical mobility. Gen360 represents a huge step forward for Otis in the elevator market. The group, world leader in its industry, hasn’t forgotten to involve its associates in this technological revolution. For this occasion, Otis asked Takoma to help it design an ambitious digital learning training programme and produce new digital work tools for its European technical and sales teams.

In order to introduce the new ecosystem and associated services, we have designed 36 mobile first learning modules and 17 virtual classes. Takoma has also conducted TTTs (train the trainer) to train the Otis trainers.

To round off this training system, we have developed two applications. A 3D application that allows sales teams to ‘show the invisible’ to customers using high quality video. Technicians have access to all Gen360 technical documentation digitally through a smartphone application, adapted from our AppLO solution.

All deliverables have been developed in 6 languages to best meet the information needs of over 9,000 staff in 10 countries.

We are proud to announce that Takoma, along with SGS and EKODEV, have been selected by the French Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition to carry out a project addressing ecomobility awareness, for the youth between the ages of 16 and 25. A fascinating and trending topic!
The solution will involve the establishment of a 360 degree communication strategy: web series, learning website, mobile game app and local events throughout the country.

Takoma has produced 2 safety and health measures videos for Peugeot and Citroen for their sales operations. We produced both videos in just 1 week, which included drafting the script, editing and casting. The video shooting took place in a Parisian dealership on a normal workday.
